Four:The cultivation method and cycle

1. Manufacturing is an important base for the Group to train talents. All reserve talents must go to the grassroots for training. The reserve cycle is as follows:
Personnel with full-time specialties (including higher vocational education) with a reserve period of 2 years;
Personnel with full-time undergraduate degree, with a reserve period of 1 year;
With a full-time undergraduate degree of 211/985 and a master's degree or above, the reserve period is half a year.
2. After the reserve period expires, the reserve personnel shall submit an application for withdrawal.
3.The personnel departments of all levels should prepared for tracking and reviewing the potential members.

Five:Education allowance

1. The first-line employee with full-time junior college (including higher vocational education) is subsidized by 2,000 yuan/month;
2. The first-line employee with full-time undergraduate degree is subsidized by 3,000 yuan/month;
3. The first-line employee with a full-time undergraduate degree of 211/985 is subsidized by 4,000 yuan/month;
4. The first-line employee with full-time master's degree is subsidized by 5,000 yuan/month;
5. The first-line employee with full-time doctoral degree is subsidized by 8,000 yuan/month;
6. All full-time qualifications must be recognized by the Ministry of Education and confirmed by company review.

Six:The evaluating system

1. Those who  violate the company's rules or regulations will disqualified the academic qualifications once they have verified ;
2. The group company shall establish an  evaluating system and set up an appraisal committee. Each subsidiary office, personnel department, and workshop shall jointly conduct assessment and supervision and evaluation, and report the data to the appraisal committee before the 5th of each month;
3. The appraisal committee will have a review once per month, and the comprehensive appraisal target will be subsidized according to the requirements. Those who fail to meet the bid will be disqualified from the academic qualification subsidy.

Seven:The other instructions

1. Employees can apply for academic qualifications from the second month of employment. After 2 years of non-study, you need to apply again. You can continue to enjoy the academic subsidy after approval by the leaders .
2. Conditions and time for the reserve talents to be promoted to the management post platform:
① Working hours in the first line: Specialist (including higher vocational) for 2 years, undergraduate full year, 211/985 undergraduate, master's degree for 6 months can be promoted and promoted.
②Those who have special contributions to the company during their work can be given priority in advance.
3. After the promotion of the post of the employee who enjoys the academic qualifications, the first-line workers no longer enjoy the academic qualification subsidy. Employees over the age of 35 can't apply for academic qualifications.
4. Employees who enjoy academic qualifications according to the regulations should work diligently, study hard, actively participate in reform and innovation, management innovation, technological innovation, system innovation, and strive to complete various tasks, and play an exemplary role in the work.
